Couldn’t have been easier! I got in an accident back in October with my first Subaru, and this began a 4 month long nightmare with insurance companies, booked auto body shops (t I got in an accident back in October with my first Subaru, and this began a 4 month long nightmare with insurance companies, booked auto body shops (thanks hail storm), rental cars and uncertainty. When they finally totaled my car, I contacted Groove right away to get a replacement Forester. I explained this to Jeremy, that I just wanted exactly what I had and what color I wanted, and he made it incredibly easy. I spoke to him on the phone in the morning, and went to the dealership after work. Jeremy had set aside my car and done all the legwork on the credit application and approval from the bank. All I had to do was sign the paperwork - I was out of there in 2 hours with my new Forester!! I really appreciated not only the expediency, but the way Jeremy didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into spending more money. He just got me what I wanted and didn’t make me wait several hours for it. And now the months-longs saga of my car accident is funally over!!! More

The Groove dealership has lots of seating and kept up with the popcorn machine and coffee throughout the many hours I was there, which seemed to endlessly run out with all the customers around. Very helpful during a long process. My only suggestion for Groove Subaru is to get some auxiliary chords compatible with galaxy s8 and others for test drives and charging stations. :) More
