Nick, and all the staff at Groove Subaru, made buying this vehicle the easiest car shopping experience my wife and I have ever had. Nick and I had started conversing the week prior about the new Subaru and our trade-in. When we got to the dealership, the car was ready to go for a test drive. Once we got back to the dealership, things progressed easily and quickly. The only downside was having to wait for a finance manager because 4 people had bought vehicles prior to us. Out-of-State Buyers with Difficult Schedules: Very Pleased Chris was wonderful. I leased my Subaru Impreza in 2014 and moved out to the Bay area for law school in 2016. When it came time to figure out next steps at the end of my lease, Chris was on top of it. Bless his soul, I barely answered the phone or called back due to a crazy schedule, but he never got frustrated and always made sure we were taken care of. Despite credit hurdles, Chris worked with my partner and myself to get us the best rate. After the purchase, Groove sent us all of the documents we needed to register our car in California. They took care of everything: a check for the taxes, the application filled out, and all necessary documentation. It was a breeze. The whole process was wonderful. Further, I am particular and probed Chris about every minutiae regarding the lease and he was always helpful and never annoyed. I highly recommend Groove, Chris, and the finance rep who assisted us!!! More
