While visiting Groove Subaru, I initially thought I was going to finance a certified pre-owned vehicle. After discussing my options with Dan, we decided that leasing a new vehicle was a better fit for my recent college graduate status. While working with Dan, I didn't feel pressure to make any rash decisions. He gave me the time to think through my options before coming to a conclusion. Dan also has excellent customer service skills. I dropped into Groove after my sale to sign the title of my trade in and Dan washed my new car! That small action demonstrated that he cared about me as a customer. I am very happy with Groove Subaru, Dan Cassin, and my new 2018 Impreza hatchback! More
