Bought a 2013 ford focus I have been talking to a lot of different sales people on a variety of different cars and Joanna stuck out the most to me, she was very warm and invit I have been talking to a lot of different sales people on a variety of different cars and Joanna stuck out the most to me, she was very warm and inviting and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She didn't seem eager to just sell me a car, she made sure she listened to all my wants a needs and never tried to push me into just anything. She found exsactly what I wanted and was always mindful of not going over my budget .
