I appreciated his non-pressured approach, his being respectful of and accommodating to my time constraints and, once I decided on the Forester, keeping me updated as to when my vehicle would be available. While the Forester easily sells itself, I did not feel inclined to look elsewhere for a "better deal," largely because of Daniel's customer service. Having worked as a nurse, I always recognized the importance of customer service to patients and their families. It was nice to be the recipient of something I value. When I picked up my Forester, Daniel scheduled sufficient time to review its features and answer my questions. Jessica was very patient, and arranged for me to drive all the cars I wanted to test drive (different models, different engines, different trim levels, etc.) She also seemed to know everything about these cars, and was able to answer questions like precise differences in features across different models and trim levels, along with price differences. She also showed me how to operate everything, and offered honest advice only when I asked for it. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, we negotiated the price in a very professional way. I felt that everyone was honest, and that I got a great deal. I only got Jessica's business card, and am not very good with remembering people's names, but everyone I worked with was very professional, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Subaru.
