Summary I had a good expeience with Jacqueline the day of the sale. She was helpful and friendly. We clicked personnally and I was happy to work with her. One thing was that she said that she would follow up with an orientation for the car since she got busy that day, but two weeks have now passed and she hasn’t named a date/time despite being in contact. There were two men who did the final contract signing. The new guy was nice. The more senior guy who appeared to be training the new guy was rude, pushy and impatient. He was wierd and stingy about his pen after I handed him a check for thousands of dollars. I would never do business with him again. The new guy should not take social ques from him. More
