I found an even better car at the dealership the next day and they even let me switch it out and keep the same lease. I am so happy with the car, the wonderful, patient service, and the transparency in pricing. I went to another dealership right before going to Groove Subaru and they could not tell me what a lease would cost per month etc. At Groove Subaru, they processed my credit score, were generous with my trade in, and stayed 2 hours late to help me sign the lease. Absolutely the best people and service, and it even had great background music and free popcorn/water while we were at the dealership. Overall a great experience with great service, a great car, and an awesome deal. Thank you Groove Subaru!! More

We were asked to prove if we are citizens and with me telling multiple times I am a citizen and I can show my certificate, we were asked about green card. The wait line was really long and we understand that it takes time to process, but it could have been better. Really appreciate Brian texting and following up and helping us with the process. He was well prepared and ready to help. Robert is a doing great for how long he is been there. I think it would be helpful and the process would be short if it was straight forward at the start. Bought a Used car when I was looking for a new car Chris was wonderful to work with. After a test drive of a XT Touring Turbo Forester, Chris recommend a car that was used and was a fully loaded 2017 Chris was wonderful to work with. The car was in pristine shape and I got a SMOKING deal on it. I did my homework and I new what my 2009 CRV was worth and what the new Foresters were selling for. Knowledge is power in the car shopping arena! I Love my new car and Chris ironed every wrinkle that came up. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be friendly to my wife AND .... no one took my wife for granted, talked down to her, or ignored her.
