That was easy !! I just loved dealing with Jacqueline !! I left California with a friend whom was driving home to Arkansas in her 2014 Subaru Outback. We stopped in Arvada Colorado to spend time with another friend. I was suppose to fly back home from Arvada eight days later and my friend would continue onto Arkansas. My friend in Arvada had purchased a new Legacy a few weeks prior and was going to the Groove dealer for a follow-up and a $50 gas card, so I went with her. I was looking around killing time when Jacqueline approached me. I explained that I was killing time but I had been looking at getting a new car once I got back home. I had test driven three different models but didn't get that "WOW' feeling. Once I saw the Outback Touring model with the brown leather seats and all the bells and whistles I got that "WOW" feeling !! Hassle free negotiating, the deal was done ! My friend from Arvada was more than happy to make the drive to California, she flew home a few day's later. I did pass on my drink coupons for her to use on the flight !! I don't know if I should call this the "Thelma and Louise" trip or what comes around goes around (in a Subaru that is). Thanks to people like Jacqueline that you have working there who made this such an easy purchase I am now the owner of my first Subaru. My husband was very happy to see and drive the car once I got back home. He too loves the brown leather interior !! Let's not forget about our dog, lots of room in the back and she keeps cool with the rear AC on !! More
