Superb Subaru Sales! I have never leased a car or gone to a dealership before today. I didn’t even know what I was looking for other than four wheel drive (hence the first stop being Subaru) but Brian showed me the stock and explained the car jargon to me (first timer, here) and made the entire experience completely seamless. Probably the hardest part is finding the words for this review to accurately describe the incredibly positive experience I had. More

Dan's your guy! In late September I bought my very first brand new car. I was excited but overwhelmed thinking about the process I was getting myself into. After all, most stories about buying cars tend to include sketchy dealerships or salespeople. I live and work near Groove Subaru and had all but decided to buy the new Crosstrek. I had emailed with the dealership a few times, however, I decided it was best just to go in. I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in and asked for Dan. He is who I had been emailing with. Dan was very polite and happy to help me even without setting up a time to meet. This is when I realized I had nothing to worry about. Dan asked me a lot of questions to really make sure he know my personal situation and what exactly I was looking for. Then he did something I was surprised with. I'm sure he could see I was already extremely interested, however, he said "How about we get you driving one. That way you can see if you even like it. If you do, great! If not, you didn't waste your time!". Instead of a hard pushy sales pitch, he let me test drive two before we even really talked ANY specifics. Once I decided this was the purchase I wanted to make, we talked details. I was thinking "ok here probably comes the hard push" I was wrong again. He was more than willing to work with me on my trade in and getting the monthly payments to something I was comfortable with. Once in the finance department, things stayed super easy. I truly feel that did everything they could to get me the best/lowest interest rate/payment possible! Long story short, Groove Subaru was an awesome experience for a first time new car buyer. If you are looking into any Subaru (new/used) you should feel confident in choosing Groove. Last piece of advise, ask for Dan! More

Upgrading Subaru I came into Groove Subaru to upgrade my Impreza to the new Crosstrek. I had filled out an inquiry online before going into to dealership and was conta I came into Groove Subaru to upgrade my Impreza to the new Crosstrek. We talked about what I was looking for and set up a time to test drive a few cars. When I arrived at the dealership, the cars I was interested in driving had been pulled up front and were ready to go. Rolly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the new features of the Crosstrek! I decided that night to lease a new Crosstrek. The exact car wasn't available in state for me, so Rolly found one that was being built and we were able to put a hold on it that night. I got my car within 3 weeks and I love it! It is everything that I wanted :) The Groove Subaru team had me in and out of the dealership within an hour and I had my new car. This team is extremely knowledgeable, fun, efficient and friendly! Definitely will continue to use them for future car purchases! More

Positive experience! At first I was kinda lost and wasn't sure about what the best option for me would be, but Isabella made this whole process super easy and fast! I ended up leasing a Forester after she explained me the benefits of that deal.
