He never pressured me or hassled me and was patient as I sorted through financing on my first car purchase. It could have been a nerve-racking or stressful process and wasn't whatsoever, 10 years on from leasing my first car from Groove. Brian also made sure to have the car out of the shop from a piece of routine maintenance in time for me to pick it up.
