Jeremy and the financial director, Alan Harrison, were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the vehicle selection and financing process. We returned for the instructional session a couple of weeks after we purchased the car and greatly appreciated Brendon Hancock explaining how to use all the features in the car. Left with way more car than I expected! I was greeted by Brian right away and when I told him I was looking for a used Impreza he immediately offered to take me down the street to their used I was greeted by Brian right away and when I told him I was looking for a used Impreza he immediately offered to take me down the street to their used car lot. They didn't have anything used that met my needs but him and manager Chris let me know about a certified pre owned that was available, the car was above my budget but I agreed to look at it. They were able to help me with financing to get me a way better interest rate than I was already pre approved for and worked on the price a little as well! I ended up taking the car because it was everything I wanted and then some! I went above my initial budget but I also left with a beautiful car with way more value and features than I had expected to get. From the beginning Brian only showed me what I wanted to see and never once tried to sell me on anything that would not fit my needs, the overall experience was great and I have already referred a friend to go see Brian at Groove Subaru.
