Left with way more car than I expected! They didn't have anything used that met my needs but him and manager Chris let me know about a certified pre owned that was available, the car was above my budget but I agreed to look at it. They were able to help me with financing to get me a way better interest rate than I was already pre approved for and worked on the price a little as well! I ended up taking the car because it was everything I wanted and then some! I went above my initial budget but I also left with a beautiful car with way more value and features than I had expected to get. From the beginning Brian only showed me what I wanted to see and never once tried to sell me on anything that would not fit my needs, the overall experience was great and I have already referred a friend to go see Brian at Groove Subaru. More

They didn't try fooling me with any of the finances and were very open about to talking about the fees they charged and didn't try to hide any location, document, or handling charges. It was very easy to meet with a salesman for a test drive and to set up a meeting to come in and purchase the car. They didn't have the exact car I wanted with all the amenities I wanted initially but I am very pleased with the package I decided to buy. More

"I'm just going to look" 😂 I had no intentions on buying a new car yesterday, I told myself going in, "I'm just going to look". I initially went to look at the Subaru Forester. I had no intentions on buying a new car yesterday, I told myself going in, "I'm just going to look". I initially went to look at the Subaru Forester. While my mother and I were looking around the lot, Brian approached us to offer help. He showed us the foresters that we wanted to see, but after hearing what type of vehicle I was interested in, he suggested looking at the Subaru cross trek. I hadn't looked into this vehicle at all but fell in love with it. Brian was super friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very easy going. He was very patient and genuine in making sure that I was going to be happy with the purchase that I was potentially going to make. This was my first big purchase, and Brian made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for buying a new car! :) More
