It was very easy to meet with a salesman for a test drive and to set up a meeting to come in and purchase the car. They didn't have the exact car I wanted with all the amenities I wanted initially but I am very pleased with the package I decided to buy. More

"I'm just going to look" 😂 I had no intentions on buying a new car yesterday, I told myself going in, "I'm just going to look". I initially went to look at the Subaru Forester. I had no intentions on buying a new car yesterday, I told myself going in, "I'm just going to look". I initially went to look at the Subaru Forester. While my mother and I were looking around the lot, Brian approached us to offer help. He showed us the foresters that we wanted to see, but after hearing what type of vehicle I was interested in, he suggested looking at the Subaru cross trek. I hadn't looked into this vehicle at all but fell in love with it. Brian was super friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very easy going. He was very patient and genuine in making sure that I was going to be happy with the purchase that I was potentially going to make. This was my first big purchase, and Brian made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for buying a new car! :) More

Not pushy My wife and I started looking for a car for our son. I saw a used Nissan Xterra, located at Groove Subaru. We drove there and spoke to Hoang. Hoang let us know Groove has a used car lot further North. My wife and I looked at some of the 2018 WRX's. This was one of the cars our son talked about. We left and went to the used dealership. The Xterra we wanted to look at had been sold, that day. We left and looked at cars at other delaerships. Because of Hoang's helpful attitude my wife and I decided to go back to Groove Subaru. Plus the price for the WRX was the cheapest in the Denver Metro area. We got to the dealership and saw Hoang. He told us he was with a customer and politely suggested a different salesperson. The one suggested was busy as well. The new sales manager inteoduced to Cheyne. Cheyne is a nice guy and helped us with the process of looking at WRX's. Cheyne is knowledgeable in this area having previously owned a WRX. Cheyne did not push a model of vehicle we did not want. The process was painless and did not take long. Cheyne invited us to come back and he would assist our son with navigating the different features of the vehicle. These days customer service is a lost art form. It is hard to find people who genuinely habe a passion for what they do. Cheyne has that passion and so do the rest of the staff, right down to the financing. One of the finance managers Ben, did a great job explaining some of the different options of the maintenance plan and helped us select a plan that worked for us. By far, I had the greatest experience at Groove Subaru and would recommend them to anyone. The new car manager, Hoang, Cheyne, and Ben made this experience a great one. More
