He made the process so easy, and even let us put our son's car seat in the car so we could take him on the drive and test it out. All the staff that helped us were wonderful, making it easy to negotiate the prices of my trade in and the new car. They all also hung around a little later so they we could finished up the deal. And if he truly didn't know the answer. He told me he didn't know the answer. witch I can respect. When it came to my trade in I really felt like Brian was doing all he could to get me too dollar. Broadway was the one to visit. Brian was our sales rep and he did an outstanding job! He was very a knowledgeable and non-pressure sales guy. He said he was new to this dealership but that surprised us as he really knew all about the different models, motors, gas mileage, etc.. In the beginning I thought I'd prefer the Forester but after driving the Outback, I was really hooked...hook line & sinker! What can I say.... I fell in love with this wonderful car. Excellent customer care! I was only looking and because Jeremy was so great at keeping in touch and actually getting me excited to get a car so that's what I did! And he went out of his way to get me the orange after I changed my mind on the color. And I've never been treated so well in a dealership as at Groove. Let me also tell you that people appreciate the bottled water and other little comforts. It's very human and makes the time go easier when it's a long day.
