First New Car I have been looking for a new Subaru for around 2 weeks now. I started at the auto nation and golden and wasn't having much luck with them. They seemed reluctant to help me find what I was looking for and put me off. I assume because I am young they did not take me as a serious buyer. I had a friend tell me to try Groove and within the next 3 hours I had bought my car. I really appreciate the people at Groove for making this sale with me and helping me find the perfect car. An unexpected purchase I'd owned my Prius for 10yrs and I wasn't too interested in finding a replacement, but living in Colorado without AWD had become inconvenient. My husb I'd owned my Prius for 10yrs and I wasn't too interested in finding a replacement, but living in Colorado without AWD had become inconvenient. My husband finally convinced me to take a test drive and I insisted on going through the switching of car seats and everything. Brian was really helpful and patient and went above and beyond in finding what we asked for and even meeting us down the road over lunch. In the end we were really happy with the deal we got on our trade in and purchase price. I really appreciated the staff being so friendly and accommodating, especially towards our kiddos.
