My only two complaints are: First: We did not want the windshield package and tried to get it taken off the pricing sheet. I had already done the homework and talked to my windshield guy about the cost and made this decision based on this discussion. But the salesmen rebutted by telling me how expensive a windshield was, ya da ya da ya... The manager lowered the price overall but still insisted on keeping the windshield package in the pricing. Rather than get nasty, I gave up and took something I did not want. I really resented this pressure in the end. Especially, when I was trying to get my payment as low as possible. It made us wonder if this hard push was due to some kind of kickback or something-who knows? Two: Once we settled on a price, getting to the point where we could do the paperwork was excessively long (approximately an hour and a half) because the person who was supposed to help us was in a conference call. When we got to the paperwork, that part went very fast. So we could've done without that wait... One of the poor salesmen was trying to entertain us with small talk. I felt bad for him because that must've been nerve-wrecking to have to fill up that time whilst we were waiting. In the end, we love our new car and all its fun bells and whistles. This is a good dealership, but perhaps, they could do a better job listening to a customer when they don't want an "add-on" to their car pricing. More
