Mark was very knowledge about the mechanics of the car, features that I cared about, and overall the car industry. What I appreciated about Mark and his sales approach is that it wasn't too "sales-y" and he was not pushy in getting me into a car that I didn't want. The process of buying and leaving with a car was smooth and a quick transaction. I worked with Brendan through Love Encore and he was great to work with. He showed me new features that I didnt know about the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. Definitely liked working with him. More

The folks at Groove were simply the best - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and not too pushy or car salesman-y. If you can at all work with Hoang Nguyen we could not recommend it more! He was awesome awesome awesome. Super great guy - very informative and helpful experience with Hoang. Overall, we don't have enough great things to say about our time at Groove.
