Couldn't be more satisfied! We'd been researching Subaru's and Toyota's for a few years. We went in to Groove with no expectations. Right away (as I approached them) I met Hoan We'd been researching Subaru's and Toyota's for a few years. We went in to Groove with no expectations. Right away (as I approached them) I met Hoang and he was friendly and professional and very informative and ready to let us drive whatever we wanted and didn't give us any ounce of pressure. He gathered some cost data for me after I test drove the CrossTrek and the Outback as I had to go to a family party. I emailed him later with a proposal and he and his managers took it in to account and invited us back with a genuine willingness to help us get the monthly payments down to where we needed them. Every step of the way was way easier than we could have imagined. Our finance guy (Alan?) was just as wonderful. It was done and over in about an hour and 40 minutes. We are super happy with our new Outback. I'd highly recommend Groove and Hoang! More
