On Sunday we went through Consumer Reports to get pricing from a few different Subaru dealerships. Groove was right on it. They had supplied what inventory was available but it Jeremy that was first to call on Monday morning inviting us in to test drive. He was right on top of communications that morning until we arrived. Jeremy exhibited knowledge of inventory, car features and pricing offered on different models. He patiently listened to our needs and wants ultimately resulting in us driving out in our wonderful new Outback Touring. Thanks Jeremy. More

Joe did an excellent job -- respectiful, knowledgeable, fair We went to Groove thinking to look at options for a new car and then to take time to decide what would work for us. First John (hourly employee) was very helpful -- sales people were in a meeting, but John looked up their inventory of cars with the features and color we desired. He identified 2 possibilities. Joe then joined us, got one of the cars John had identified, took us for a test drive and then thoroughly explained all of the gauges, options, etc. We decided to go ahead to buy the car, and Joe took care of all the things we needed to do to make that happen -- the financing, the detailing, etc. Michelle, the sales supervisor present, worked with Joe, as did the finance guy, also names Joe. All were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. This was a pleasant experience for us, and we're happy with our new Outback! More
