Turning in 10 year old Outback for brand new Impreza Sport I had originally thought that I was going to find something used but nothing on the lot was what I was looking for. I had seen the new Crosstrek and I had originally thought that I was going to find something used but nothing on the lot was what I was looking for. I had seen the new Crosstrek and decided I was a little too cramped. Hoang suggested the Impreza and I was amazed that I had more legroom than in my 2006 Outback Wagon. We went through different options and Hoang and the sales managers were willing to work with my not-so-great credit to get me a monthly payment that works with my budget. I also had no experience with leasing as opposed to financing. I'm super happy with my brand new car. More

New sales person was fantastic I was ready to test drive a car start talking money. I was not however ready to buy a car that day and was wanting to wait a week for another paycheck I was ready to test drive a car start talking money. After talking to the salesperson initially she said I was her first customer to talk to. Before the test drive she told me the features about the specific car. I had done my research before the test drive and she was spot on and very knowledgable about the car and even told me a few things I didn't know even though I had done plenty of reaearch. During the test drive we had an excellent conversation and told me about the warranty and star link which I was still unsure about. After the drive we sat down and started talking about money. I told her what I wanted to pay a month and the options and we worked out a deal. She was very pleasant work with. I was still very adamant about waiting a week to buy the car and think about it but she got me what I wanted for my trade in value and the added on accessories to the monthly payment that I wanted. Overall I don't think I would have wanted to work with another salesperson as she worked hard to get me the deal I wanted on a very specific car. Most Subaru dealerships do not have many manual foresters in stock and I'm glad I was able to work with her on the accessories, trade in value and price of car that I thought was right. It was a great experience and I hope she does well in the future with other customers because she was very nice and treated me fairly. More

Then the is guy pops an attitude w/ my wife when she didn't do his form just right. Lesser pain, I had to send my wife's driver license email 3 times. If Josh, sales person, hadn't tried I'd graded Groove 1 or 2. More

Subaru hater proven wrong My only experience with Subaru's in the past was in the 1990's. The company I worked for had an Outback as the company car. It was just about the slow My only experience with Subaru's in the past was in the 1990's. The company I worked for had an Outback as the company car. It was just about the slowest car on the road climbing up the mountains in Colorado. Since then they were a no go for me. The last year I've been noticing them on the road and was wondering how they may have changed over the years. After driving tons of different makes and models of cars and SUV's I stopped by Groove to satisfy my curiosity. I basically told the sales rep that he needed to impress me. He said he had two cars on the lot that would satisfy my need for a faster car. I test drove the Outback 3.6R and the Forester XT. WOW!!!! My search was over. I settled on the 3.6R and have loved it every day since driving it home. What has impressed me though about Groove was everything they have done since driving home my new car. I really love the Love Encore program that they offer. I had a few questions about my car after driving it for a month and every question was answered after my follow up meeting.
