Great experience when buying my new 2017 WRX Back in 2004 I purchased a new Impreza WRX from Groove [Burt back then] and received excellent sales service then and continually great maintenance se Back in 2004 I purchased a new Impreza WRX from Groove [Burt back then] and received excellent sales service then and continually great maintenance service all these years. Then a horrible hailstorm totaled my "Baby". I went to Groove just to check things out. They were immediately courteous and sympathetic to my situation, especially explaining the differences now between an Impreza and the WRX. After test-driving both of course the WRX was my choice but they didn't have the color or package I wanted. The sales team went right to work to locate what I wanted and in a few days I was driving off the lot in my new 2017 WRX! They gave me a deal I couldn't refuse! A couple weeks after they contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns about my new car in which I did, regarding some of the new technology in operating and keeping an eye on the vehicles performance. I had an appointment in two days and an extremely knowledgeable technician, who was patient and courteous even when I asked him to explain it again, answered all my questions! I strongly recommend these gentlemen for anyone even thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. More
