Groove Subaru was also the only dealership that allowed me to negotiate for a lower price on the vehicle I wanted to buy. I would have given Dan and the dealership 5 stars had they accepted my first offer, but they did meet me somewhat in the middle so I'm giving them 4. Could I have gotten a different car for a better deal? Probably yes, but Dan was so nice and I was pressed for time and they had really treated us with respect and kindness it made it that much easier to buy from them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and buy a car again from in the future. More

Hoang greeted us at the entrance, offered us beverages, and asked all the right questions. He was patient and listened to what we were looking for (we weren't quite decided on a car yet), and we ended up test driving an Outback. We really enjoyed the test drive because 1) it was a real test drive that lasted for a bit, unlike some other dealerships that feel like just a drive around the block and 2) we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked the Outback! There was no pressure from Hoang or anyone else on the Groove Subaru team; they understood we were just assessing all of our options and that we'd be in touch if we were interested. Hoang followed up the next day to ask if we had any questions - again, no pressure at all to buy! We told him we checked out other options, but we were heavily leaning toward Subaru. We let him know that we were interested in the Outback, but that we wanted to test drive the Forester just in case. When we showed up for our scheduled appointment, Hoang had the Forester ready and waiting for us. Again, the test drive was great, and we confirmed our decision with the Outback over the Forester. After the standard negotiation process and paperwork with Hoang and the financing team, we were on our way. It was probably the best experience we've had at a car dealership - no pressure, no tricks, no gimmicks. We had some things to button up on our end, so we went back to pick up the car in a few days. It was washed and ready to go, and Hoang showed us all the bells and whistles before we took off. We would recommend Groove Subaru to anyone in the market for a Subaru. The customer service really made the difference! More

We narrowed down the search from the beginning and he then showed me a few options that blew my mind. I had no idea I could get into a brand new Subaru. Then finance delivered on getting me approved.
