Like some other dealers, we were offered an extra that we declined. Our sales rep Jameson P was very professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the entire car buying process and the test drive. He made the price discussion and paperwork signing enjoyable. As far as purchasing a car goes, we enjoyed our experience at Groove. We will be taking our car in for trailer hitch installation on Monday that we paid for together with our car purchase and hope that our experience with the Service Dept. will be equally pleasant. Not only did Chris and the others at Groove work with us intil we were satisfied with the terms of the lease and the trade in..... but he also went way above and beyond the call of duty by travelling into Denver so that my husband could sign the papers without disrupting his work day. He was great at explaining the features of my new Outback, as well as the Eyesight safety package. He didn't push anything I didn't want , and he was very pleasant to be around. Unlike some others I had started working with at another dealer, he was very responsive to all of my inquiries. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
