There was no pressure from Mike to buy the car and he completely understood when we said we needed more time to think. We came back the next day and Mike set us up with Josh who made our experience of buying our Crosstrek very painless. He was very friendly, personable, and not pushy at all. He took a lot of time showing us all of the features of our new car and helping us set up the bluetooth before we drove off the lot. We had a good experience at Groove and are glad to have our new Crosstrek! More

Salesmen You Count On I recently went to Groove Subaru to look at the latest Impreza, Legacy, and Outback models to replace my current car. I initially contacted Jeremy Hor I recently went to Groove Subaru to look at the latest Impreza, Legacy, and Outback models to replace my current car. I initially contacted Jeremy Horwath through Groove's website to setup an appointment, but when I wasn't able to get to the dealership when Jeremy was available, he set me up with Richard Farris. I really enjoyed working with Richard as he was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and seemed to truly enjoy helping me find the car that best suited my needs and wants without the pressure I encountered at a number of other dealerships I visited. Both Richard and Jeremy followed up with me after my initial visit to check in with me, but never once did they use the typical car sales tactics to pressure or force me into a decision. I really appreciated their patience as it allowed me to weigh my options and think through my decision, something that I was not afforded at several of the other dealerships I visited. Both salesmen were also quick to respond to my questions, and were easily reachable via their cell phones. When I finally made my decision to lease an Impreza, I was confident I was making the right choice as it was under my own terms and without haste. I would not hesitate to work with Richard and Jeremy again. More

Exceed expectations customer service We were looking for certified pre-owned Forresters and had started looking at Autonation Subaru off of Arapahoe Road; however, the sales people there We were looking for certified pre-owned Forresters and had started looking at Autonation Subaru off of Arapahoe Road; however, the sales people there weren't returning our calls or provided the help and information we requested. We decided to also check at the Groove Subaru on Broadway to compare costs as a second option. At Groove Jeremy Zimmerman was the Sales Associate we worked with, right away he listened to exactly what we were looking for in a Forrester. The features we wanted like the eye sight package, certified pre-owned and not a touring model. Within several hours Jeremy found us several options, provided the information in the way we requested (via email) and went above and beyond and found us cars that hadn't even been listed yet. Jeremy made the process very easy for us and found us exactly what we were looking for. We had a great customer experience. I would highly recommend Jeremy and the Groove Sales team. More

PS:We feel that Subaru could have given a little more of a discount as we paid cash. John had done his job and we didn't want to keep running him back and forth.
