We left frustrated. 20 minutes later, we got a call from the used car manager, who must've overhead our experience, and ask that we give them a second chance. When we came back, we were assigned Jeff Adsit as our sales person. Jeff was very helpful, and low/no-pressure. He showed us not only vehicles available on the lot, but also those being reconditioned for sale. He took the time to understand our needs, and constraints, and got us narrowed down to two great options quickly. We bought one of those two, and are very happy with the vehicle and the experience with Jeff. More
