Not Your Average Car Buying Experience I first worked with Joseph from Groove Subaru when I called in one day to get information about possibly trading in my car. He was nice enough to answ I first worked with Joseph from Groove Subaru when I called in one day to get information about possibly trading in my car. He was nice enough to answer my questions and quickly replied with a follow up email so I had his contact information. He was always very timely in responding to my questions via email and when I actually went into the dealership was very non-aggressive in his sales pitch. In fact, the first night I was surprised he let me walk off the lot without trying to somehow persuade me to buy the car I didn't want. I actually appreciated that because sometimes buying a car can be impulsive for the buyer so I'm glad he gave me time to think it over. He sent me another follow up email thanking me for stopping in the next day and reminded me that he would continue to help me find the car I wanted. In the end, he did just that and I couldn't be more pleased. They got me to the payment I wanted and most importantly, the exact car I wanted that I wasn't sure I would find or could afford. Overall, I'd say this was a very easy going, pleasant process that you typically don't experience at a car dealership. Thanks Joseph! More
