I had a lot of specific needs, including a very short timeframe, and they were able to work with everything, plus they had great pricing. The guys in the parts and service departments were great, too. They were friendly and very quick installing the cross rails and car top carrier. Highly recommend for any of your Subaru needs!! More

Did NOT expect to walk away with a Subaru! My 2014 Honda civic lease was up. After much research, talking with another Subaru dealer, my Honda Dealer and several loan compnaies, I had come to My 2014 Honda civic lease was up. After much research, talking with another Subaru dealer, my Honda Dealer and several loan compnaies, I had come to the conclusion that I was upside down in a NON AWD car (now living in CO) and I had no choice but to purchase the car. David Elia called me (we had spoken previoulsy) I updated him and he said "Please come in, we have a lot of inventory and i think we can do something for you" My son and I met David for our appointment, he politley turned us over to Mackenzie Gross...it was a crazy busy Saturday!. I explained to Mackenzie that there really was nothing he could do for me. Might as well of waved a red flag in front of a bull! We looked at inventory, priced out my car and started seeing what the numbers looked like. Mackenzie and my son truly did the numbers, but in the end, I walked away with a 2017 Subaru Forester...$2 less a month that what i would have been paying on my 2014 NOT AWD Civic!! Mackenzie hung in there when I wanted to walk away, very nice young man - I'd keep him Subaru if I were you!. Overall Experience Was Good With One Hiccup My beloved 2011 Forester was declared a total loss due to the hail storm in early May and so I found myself unexpectedly shopping for a replacement. My beloved 2011 Forester was declared a total loss due to the hail storm in early May and so I found myself unexpectedly shopping for a replacement. I'm a Subaru guy at heart and so even though I was convinced I was going to need to go used, Groove was able to get me in a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester Premium. I worked with Jeremy Horwath and he was fantastic. We did a lot of initial conversation via email, which I was extremely appreciative of as it provided far less stress and I didn't have to take time out of my work day to go over to the dealer. We set up appointments for after work to test drive and to eventually make a purchase. The dealership did make an error with the finance rates that they had given me and instead offered rates 2% than what they originally gave me. It wasn't at all his fault but I had to explain to Jeremy that I was ready to walk away. He worked with them to get terms back closer to where I needed them and it worked out in the end. I've had less then stellar experiences with their Service Department (multiple visits in the past and I'm convinced not a single person reviews emails/service appointments) but hopefully they can redeem themselves! More
