A Hail of a Good Experience I was devastated when my Toyota was destroyed in a recent hail storm and had to find a new car. I was keen on a Subaru since my 2008 runs like a dream. I found a car on the Groove Subaru website and inquired, Troy called me very quickly to discuss it. When the initial car I was interested in was not available, Troy did a diligent search of all Groove dealerships and found me some options. The he came in on his day off to show them to me. We found the perfect car at the right price. Richard also helped us finish the deal and he was instrumental in helping us make sure we had the right price and payments. Chris assisted us with all the paperwork and made sure we had all the warranty and insurance options we needed. We are delighted with our experience at Groove Subaru this week, thank you! More

We didn't really know what we wanted, as we had started looking just a few hours before, Joseph was patient and gentle in guiding us. He was an absolute rockstar with negotiating. It really did feel like he fought for us in the process. We were able to hit the number we wanted and it genuinely felt like Joseph was happy for us. I have negotiated with salesmen before, I can promise you none of them were as nice to deal with as Joseph. I will be directing people to this dealership to ask for him by name. He is a very patient gentleman who is a genuine pleasure to work with! When we began the paperwork process, he was easy to talk to & explained everything clearly. I am very happy to announce I have purchased my first Subaru, a 2017 Impreza 5Door Sport 2.0i! I had been looking at Crosstreks for some time, and finally decided to stop in and test drive one. Matthew found me a manual transmission to test out, and allowed me to go home and sleep on it for a couple days before deciding to buy - no pressure at all. When I came back in a couple of days later, I brought my husband along so he could see what I had picked out. Mind you, this is my car, financed in my name, that I am purchasing for myself. Matthew was certainly kind to my husband, but spoke directly to me when it came time to discuss options, financing, and negotiation. As a female, that was really awesome! The price was right, the car was right, and Matthew and the finance team even stayed well past closing time to finalize docs and make sure everything was squared away for me. Matthew has since followed up with me regarding a minor repair, so his post-sales service is also quite good. Would recommend! More
