I had only wanted to see the forester when I came in but saw the cross trek and wanted to test drive it as well. He was patient with my questions and again answered with genuinity. In the end, the team wanted to me leave happy and with no buyers remorse, which was definitely the case. I left feeling excited for my new car and purchase. Surprisingly great car buying experience! I had a great experience with Groove Subaru, specially with Del Steckman. I filled out a car buying interest from and Del called me shortly after to a I had a great experience with Groove Subaru, specially with Del Steckman. I filled out a car buying interest from and Del called me shortly after to ask more about what I was interested in, the car I was trading in, any questions I had...etc. We talked for about a week through phone/email talking about what I wanted and making sure I'd have all the paperwork ready for my trade-in. The day I was going in Del let me know that the car I had been interested in was sold, but he was able to show me a different trim (better trim) and the deal worked out great. He was very thorough and explaining everything about the car and answering all my questions. This was the first car I was buying by myself and it went 100% better than I anticipated. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in less than 3 hours. Groove also offered to match the same trade-in appraisal CarMax gave me, which made the process even easier. I would definitely recommend Del and Groove for anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More
