Terrible service The worst place in the world to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could but this has to possibly be one of the worst dealerships I have ever The worst place in the world to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could but this has to possibly be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Sold me a car that leaked from day one. A certified Groove Subaru and after 2 times trying to fix they had my car for 3 weeks they said it was all good. Still leaked. I should have taken else where then but warranty was thru them and figured a certified tech should be able to fix. They then had another go at it , failing again. Had a few other things done that didn't get fixed either and having to wait to fix. Now haven't had car for over 2 weeks. No updates in between just silence. Finally I had to call and the service counter person tells me that parts will be in next day. They are handling. Will be done tomorrow. 3 days later I finally get a call and it ready. To drive 25 miles to pick up and they hadn't even touched it. Still not fixed. If you looking to get screwed this is the place. More

My first purchase with a dealer. This was my first purchase from a dealer with financing and non-existent credit. James in the loan department visited several different banks/lenders This was my first purchase from a dealer with financing and non-existent credit. James in the loan department visited several different banks/lenders trying to find someone who will work with me and my situation. He pooled all his chips and resources and was able to find me a the loan I needed at less than half the interest of everyone I'd talked to..Even my own 2 banks! Imagine that?! I knew the type of car I wanted going in, and when I called Jeremy led me in the right direction. Perfect choice! The biggest part of this is that there were some issues with the glass almost all around from the previous owner scratching it with a scraper/rock?! At the time of sale we agreed to replace the window and have an estimate of buffing out the scratches. The window was replaced as promised, but the scratches were questionable. Now, at this point I believe Jeremy could have told me it was an "as is" sale, because, in my inexperience, I signed and did not get the scratches in writing. I expressed my concerns to him about what would be fair to me, and hopefully fair to the dealership. Jeremy contacted his boss and was able to get two more windows replaced. All of this was done within a timely fashion. I thoroughly enjoy the vehicle, and the level of service I received. In the end it boiled down to them wanting a satisfied customer, and I believe they were sucessful. More

Fun, quick, and simple!!!!! When I arrived at the dealership, my new outback (which I LOVE) was detailed, ready for pick up, and there was a shiny red bow on top!
