They honored a quote from another dealer, gave us a fair trade in value on our old car, and moved us through the process with a refreshing expediency. The finance manager Brent was as impressive as Chris was. There was no haggling or forcing us into purchasing additional items that we did not want. We were in and out in 2 hours. That includes the test drive! Usually buying a car ranks right up there with going to the dentist for a root canal. That was not the case with Groove Subaru. I highly recommend them and their product! More

The team at Groove made the process painless for us. We came in hoping to compare the Forester to the BMW X3. The price of leasing the Forester, was around half of what it would have cost for us to go the BMW route. Three weeks into driving the Forester, I am really satisfied with our decision (and obviously the cost savings). We will gladly return to Groove again, and highly recommend Matt as a salesman who will do what he can to find the best vehicle and package for you! More

Was not planning to purchase that day as I wanted time to think about it and Jeremie did not rush me and answered all my questions as well as followed up with me after my visit to Groove. When I decided to purchase Jeremie listened to my communication preferences and communicated with me via email until we had a deal and was very helpful and flexible about having me come in to sign the paperwork at a time that worked best for me given my work schedule. Once the paperwork was signed and the deal was done after what I am sure was a long day (it was near closing time) Jeremie was still cheerful and took the time to enthusiastically make sure I was comfortable with how to use all the features of my new car. Excellent experience - would recommend. Did not feel pressured, rushed or like they needed to be with anyone else throughout my experience. More
