Tiannah and I discussed when I needed my car back, and it was ready as promised. So I appreciated that. I made a 9am appt. with a service person ( not Tiannah) 2 weeks earlier. Then 2 days before my appt. it was ready as promised. So I appreciated that. I made a 9am appt. with a service person ( not Tiannah) 2 weeks earlier. Then 2 days before my appt. it suddenly changed to 7:30am via email ( again not Tiannah) which I could not do. So I had to call the dealership and get it changed to later at 9:30am. I did not appreciate the dealership's service dept. unilaterally changing my appt. to much earlier than originally scheduled which necessitated me having to call again to reschedule. Please do not do this again! Thanks! More
