At dealership for 3 hours. Already had a deposit and ready to purchase after visiting earlier in the week. We were initially told accessories were not removable from vehicle and when we said we’d sign without any accessories, they were magically able to take them off. Had financing through my credit union and asked to not have credit pulled again. Requested was ignored and they pulled credit again without our knowledge and had us financed through Wells Fargo. Which means they financed internally instead of our requested credit union. Wasn’t made aware until vehicle was purchased. When asked why our financing request was ignored they said “it’s our fault” and offered a discount on extended warranty. Was not communicative at all during this process and were left sitting around and lied to. More

I was very pleased during the purchase process. But as soon as I signed the salesman didn’t care. Didn’t go over the features on the truck or anything.
