She kept me updated throughout the year on the availability. She searched for what I wanted with each allocation. She finally found one in December 2025 and I bought it in January 2026. She was very patient (and not pushy) when working with me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Toyota. I did not have a favorable experience in the finance department. The finance contact that I worked with was going to charge me twice the sales tax that was warranted. She (Inna) mistakenly charged me the sales tax on the full purchase price without taking into account and netting our the trade-in of former vehicle. When I questioned her, she blamed it on the sales rep not calculating the sales tax correctly. Also stated that the sales tax rate in my area is higher that where the dealership is. When I manually calculated the right sales tax amount (which took into account the tradein netting), she still denied my calculations were correct. She then brought in someone else from finance and agreed with my calculations. She should have done some quality control before presenting the amounts to me. I should not have to do the calculations for her. And to be defensive about it and blaming others is NOT great customer service. I would not recommend her to anyone else and she used poor judgement and never did own up to her mistake. More

We purchased a used Toyota Tundra with the gold protection and found out is still best to get an independent mechanic to look things over. After bring it home 100 miles, notice there was a crack in the very bottom of the windshield through the dark painted section from side to side. It is difficult to see without close examination. We were told that it happened on the way home. Interesting that in less than 12 hours of owning the truck, we would have a crack that goes from one side to the other. Groove will not take any responsibility. They showed a picture of the truck roughly 15 feet away and said it had no crack. I high encourage a very detail look over in the light and an independent evaluation. More
