I knew the exact year, make and model I wanted in a preowned car and one was here, and the other further north in Wheat Ridge. Although the car here had a couple thousand more miles on it, and a less documented service history, what tipped the scales in favor of the dealership were the people. The salesman at the other place was trying to gaslight me and using high pressure, very obvious and offputting sales tactics, while my sales person here, Jaidyn, just kept going back and doing everything she could to try to get me the deal that I needed to be comfortable. Zach was super helpful too. When I told them both that I felt that I had to go back to the other dealership to try to see what their best offer was, (because they wouldn’t do it unless I drove all the way back up there in person) they didn’t pressure meto keep me from leaving the dealership, and that’s one of the main reasons that I came back and bought the car. More
