I posted a 1 star review 2 weeks ago after trying to buy a used vehicle. I received a phone call a little later from Mason. I explained the situation and things started to move forward from there. Ultimately, Groove stepped up and made repairs to the used vehicle I was trying to buy. The price was increased a small portion of the cost. But overall, Groove insured the peace of mind that I was now getting a good reliable used vehicle. Thank you Mason for all your hard work on this and your attention to details. Side note* Anytime you are buying a used vehicle... get it checked out by a mechanic, before purchase or within the return policy time frame More
Buyer beware! !! If you are buying a used car, I would not recommend Groove. I purchased a vehicle from them and then took it to my mechanic that I have been with f !! If you are buying a used car, I would not recommend Groove. I purchased a vehicle from them and then took it to my mechanic that I have been with for over 10 years. To find out the vehicle needed between $6000.00 to $8000.00 worth of work done to it. Groove's pre-inspection missed a lot things that needed repaired. I ended up returning the vehicle within their 4day/200mile return period, and the sale was cancelled. It was very stressful. Additionally, the 1st vehicle I looked at was blowing out white exhaust which is a normal sign of a blown head gasket. Toyota's are great vehicles and I am sure Groove does a great job with new vehicles. But don't trust buying used from them. That is my opinion.... More

Do not purchase from Grove Toyota off you want a smooth transaction. I am currently still dealing with what should have been a very easy lease buyout. Instead, I have been unable to register my car. Accord transaction. I am currently still dealing with what should have been a very easy lease buyout. Instead, I have been unable to register my car. According to the DMV, Groove Toyota put the title in their name instead of mine, voiding my current tags and plates. Rather than process a lease buyout, they sold themselves the car, then resold it to me. Sounds incredibly shady, right? I am now driving around in a car that I’m paying for, but doesn’t belong to me. Alan Harrison gaslit me yesterday 12/18 on multiple occasions, telling me that I’m mistaken and my plates are fine as I waited at the DMV for over 2 hours to get temporary tags and find out exactly what they did wrong. I look forward to them fixing this giant problem, but nobody will take accountability or try to fix this mess. I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership to fix this. If I need to make my way down there and sit in the lobby until someone helps me, I’ll be there Monday. More
Overall experience was great. We worked with Matt, who was the best / easiest sales dude I have worked with. No typical up sell, no xx, still actually enjoyed the experience. We h We worked with Matt, who was the best / easiest sales dude I have worked with. No typical up sell, no xx, still actually enjoyed the experience. We had gone to AutoNation Toyota on Arap, which was horrible, typical sales hustle, no attention to details, my usual experience with a dealer. Matt and team were great, really glad we found them More
