I bought a used 2024 Honda CR-V from Groove Toyota in September 2024. Months later, I received a recall notice and learned the windshield hadn't been calibrated. But from the moment I spoke to Zack Vose, the used car manager, I was met with kindness, respect, and real problem-solving. He didn't dismiss me-he listened, offered solutions, and followed through until the issue was resolved. I was truly impressed with the customer service I received. Ultimately, Groove stepped up and made repairs to the used vehicle I was trying to buy. The price was increased a small portion of the cost.
