Simply can NOT speak more highly of this dealership… Going above and beyond for their customers is a complete understatement. When I needed a vehicle and no one would help, Grossman's did. When my car suffered intense damage from an accident and I had to bring my car to their collision center, Linda Sawyer and her amazing team-Jen, Carrie and Rachel just to name a few-were with me every step of the way and blew my mind with all the additional services they provided at no cost to me, and fought for me with the insurance company. It is hard to find establishments anymore who truly care for their customers. Grossman’s is one of them! More

Service is always professional and fair, they respond well to customer requests and even non tech opinions. Make reasonable suggestions and don't force an oversell. Very friendly and honest. I do not generally allow anyone to service my vehicles, but I have to admit they have me spoiled over at Grossman Nissan, freeing me up do do other important tasks I have as a homeowner and waterfront property owner. There's always something pending and just knowing I trust the guys doing the vehicle work, and not guessing if I get a vehicle back with missing parts and half installed pieces, gives me peace of mind. My hat's off to all the folks there at the dealership, including the parts department, and the wonderful sales team. In a world of hustle and haste, it's nice to be treated like one of the Family. Sarah Kelly is an exceptional salesperson. I test drove 3 difference vehicles (make & models) and she knew all of the features like the back of her hand and help us find one with all of featur I test drove 3 difference vehicles (make & models) and she knew all of the features like the back of her hand and help us find one with all of features we wanted. I initially did not buy the vehicle, and opted to do some additional shopping around, however I kept in touch, and she was very patient and understanding. I felt as if she treated us like family. My husband and I were so impressed with her knowledgeable, friendly, warm personality, that we returned to her and closed the deal on our wonderful vehicle w/n a few weeks. Chris Champagne was wonderful as well with the financial paper, methodical, very patient with explaining each faucet of the process. Even though I did not finance the car with him there was no animosity or ill favor. I highly recommend Grossman Nissan because of the wonderful experience I had with these two individuals.
