I would recommend Grossman to anyone and everyone. From the moment I started my car search they where respective and not pushy at all. After all my research I knew exactly what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealer they already had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me. Both Jym and Jon made the buying process very smooth. Jym was very responsive online and always answered any question I had. Jon showed me the vehicle and was very informative about the details. I couldn't have expected a better experience. Joe prepared all the paperwork and didn't push any extras on me. I was in and out in no time at all! Needless to say I am thrilled to have my new car and such a good experience! These guys were great and i feel like they really went out of their way to make sure that my experience was good. I was trading a car and i owed too much on it. I was worried someone would take advantage of me and hike the interest rate and payments. I told them what my budget was and they showed me cars that would work in my range. I picked the one i liked and took it home that day. Joe worked really hard to get me a good interest rate and made sure the payments were in my range. I would definitely recommend them. i never thought i could afford a new Altima but it's perfect! and i love it! More
I cannot begin to thank Grossman Nissan enough...i was in a panic. It was a friday and my car was making a strange noise from the back and i was supposed to go out of town to be at a wedding. I called Grossm a panic. It was a friday and my car was making a strange noise from the back and i was supposed to go out of town to be at a wedding. I called Grossman at around 10 am and spoke to Bill. He listened to my dilemma and had me bring the car down right away on my lunch break. He got me a ride back to the office and called about an hour later to tell me what they had found. I needed a part that they didn't have in stock but he had found one at another dealership and was sending a salesman to pick the part up for me. The part didn't make it back to the dealership until about 4 o'clock. Bill had someone stay late to get started on it and then they finished installing it in the morning. I picked up my car at 10 on saturday and made it to my 1 pm wedding in Portsmouth!!'Thank you!!!!! More
I bought an expensive car from them hoping not to have to keep pouring money into a car every month or two. Now I'm paying an insane car payment and pouring money into my car. I've had my car for about 14 months and its been in the shop about 7 times. I purchased the extended warranty, which covers apparently nothing. I dropped off my car on Friday because something else was broken, they kept it all weekend. I specifically asked them not to do any work on my car without calling me to give me an estimated price. I never heard from them and when I got there to pick it up I had a $688 bill, (my car needed a $14 part). My father is a mechanic he could have very well done this job for me had they called me to tell me what wa wrong. Now I'm out $688 and my car payment for the month. I'm so beyond frustrated with this dealership, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Do your homework before buying a car from them, my cars not the first I know this had happened to from this dealership. Typical car salesman that make everything sound great and then screw you over. More

I knew the car I wanted, I knew the price, I knew the dealer. I had a preapproved loan, in hand. With that said the dealership completely botched the process. I was told I was "approved" for a lower interest rate than my other loan but when I showed up 24 hours later to sit with the "financial manager" I was not longer approved. I was rushed through the paperwork with little to no explanation on what I was signing. As I stand up to leave I see the dealer slipped in $2500 in insurance and warranties that I was never told about and definetly never agreed to pay. He also was unaware of the deposit I had put down the pay before. When confronted the manager and dealer play dumb, saying that 98% of people get it and he "figure" I would want it. Unbelievable. Don't go to this dealer unless absolutely necessary. Unorganized, decietful, and unethical. More
Problem after problem... Wouldn't answer questions, or return phone calls, or respond to emails. It's all smiles until they get the check, and then we felt like we were completely on our own. It was a certified vehicle that had to immediately be brought to my local dealer, and it never had a state inspection.. Fortunately, we'll never have to go back there again. It seemed like it was their first time doing this. Very unprofessional, young and inexperienced. Not satisfied at all.. More
Grossman Chevrolet stinks. They don't know how to inflate tires, or properly "address" each tire pressure sensor in the vehicle's control system. I bought the vehicle from them and they have service inflate tires, or properly "address" each tire pressure sensor in the vehicle's control system. I bought the vehicle from them and they have serviced it since new. They rotated the tires but did not correct addresses of wheels in the computer system, so when left rear tire was low on air, the onboard computer system thought it was the left front tire that was low. At the next service, they kindly set tire pressure in all four (4) wheels to 35 psig, when appropriate pressure for the vehicle is 42 - 45 psig. They must not have checked their work at all because ALL tire pressure alarms went off as I drove out of the dealership. They don't deserve my repeated business or yours. More

We had a friendly conversation and discussed what I was interested in. He showed me around the lot and we looked at a number of different cars with various options. He answered all of my questions and at no point did I feel pressured in any way. I drive 30-35K miles per year for work and currently own a 2009 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI. My son will begin commutting to College in the fall and we wanted to get another high MPG car and were negotiating with the VW dealer for a Golf TDI because of my great experience with my car. I brought the whole family down a couple of days later and we test drove the Chevy Cruze ECO. We liked the ride and handling and all of the safety features that were included. Greg explained all of the features and we began to negotiate a deal. The only feature that we were looking for but did not get was the spare tire. Greg offered to find a comparable model with spare from another dealer but we made an offer for the one they had in stock. We feel that we were able to get a very fair price on a very fine car and had a positive experience due to the professionalism of both Greg and Guy. More
What an amazing experience. This dealership treated me like a person instead of just another sales figure. I was recently involved in an accident and my beloved Jeep Grand Cherokee was totaled. I had a very hard time getting financed for a replacement car and then a friend suggested I go to Grossman Nissan. What a difference! They actually cared about me and not just my money. Guy and Linda made a miracle happen and now I have a beautiful Nissan Rogue SL. I could not be more pleased with both the car and the incredible service provided to me by Grossman Nissan. They are friendly, professional and really went above and beyond to help me. I will always be thankful that I went there and plan on telling everyone I come across to go there if they are looking for a car. More
