This is the second car i have purchased from Grossman, John Lacastro is the greatest salesman i have ever dealt with. Before i bought the cars i have, i went to other dealerships and every salesman i enco John Lacastro is the greatest salesman i have ever dealt with. Mr Lacastro treats you like he has known you forever, he is very helpful and genuinely concerned that you are happy and satisfied and does everything possible to make the car buying experience a positive one. The second car i purchased is for my daughter and he included her in all the details and made sure she was happy with the car. My kids joked with him and were very comfortable with him.
