My husband and I went to Grote "just to look" and ended up purchasing a completely different vehicle than originally were looking at. The staff was great in Warsaw... However... However, I have not received what I was promised, nor is the car equipped as promised. I would give Grote an easy five until papers are signed then they do not give a $$$$ about you. They sold me the biggest xxx of a car. I have sunk SO much money into it the year I've had it. Now I have to get a new compressor which will be another 800-1,000. Chad Kuhlman was the biggest lier he lied from the beginning to the end he took advantage bc I am a woman. I never want too deal with him again. Gave me one 100$ Car key and told me it would only cost me 20$ to have another one cut, that was not true Said he was fixing the bumper which was wrecked and he tried to get away with not fixing it. BEWARE of him. He told me he was signing a statement promising if I didn’t like the car after I sign the papers the deal would be void bc the car was not drivable and I couldn’t test drive it. His words “don’t worry about signing the papers first I promise” I’m signing this statement right here and stuck it in his pocket never made a copy for me he never intended to be true to his words.
