Top 10 worst dealer experiences in my life I got a call from DiAngela from Grote and I gave her a set of parameters we had to go by. She stated " we have 4 or 5 trucks that fit those parameters I got a call from DiAngela from Grote and I gave her a set of parameters we had to go by. She stated " we have 4 or 5 trucks that fit those parameters and they would love to help us". We drove 1 HOUR to get there and within 5 mins of being there the salesman told us they had no trucks that would fit those parameters. When we questioned why DiAngela told us differently he went and got his manager. As we voiced our concerns about driving 1 hour over false information the manager never spoke a word. He never apologized, he never said he would look into it, he just stood there not saying a word. By the way, all this was done with noone running our credit or looking at our trade. More
