totally bad experience!!! Absoutely the worst experience at a “Car Dealership” in my entire life. Was told on the first day I arrived that I was approved to drive a 2016 Chevy Absoutely the worst experience at a “Car Dealership” in my entire life. Was told on the first day I arrived that I was approved to drive a 2016 Chevy Sonic. After making so many trips to Grote’s they actually filled my car with gas due to the fact that I had made so many trips there in a 10 day period. Then after 10 days of having the car they called and said to return the car because I was not approved. There is not one good thing I can say about Grote’s. Just stay away, you will get better service at a gas station! More

Repair My wife's vehicle had an engine issue, I called up Grote spoke with Patrick because it is still under warranty. Had my wife drop the car off on Friday Chad Kuhlman our salesman was there to greet her and take care of getting her where she needed to be to get the process started. Lee Gillingham in service, like always did great work and took care of our vehicle like it was his own and it was done that following Monday Patrick Lyons was very helpful with the paper work as well and I was out the door in no time at all. I trust Grote's service department with all my vehicales and will continue to use them with all my service needs. More

Poor service, failure to listen overall bad experience. Crap-tacular experience... I'm already pre approved thru my bank for an auto. I was looking around for a btw one and found one that seemed to fit wha Crap-tacular experience... I'm already pre approved thru my bank for an auto. I was looking around for a btw one and found one that seemed to fit what I was looking for on their site. I called the number, gave them all my info and was directed to go to the location and tell them that Austin set me up with a VIP appt with his manager (whatever that is) and they would have the vehicle ready there for a text drive. I got to the location and no info was sent (because there's "no way for us to see any of the notes from your phone conversation"), there's no such thing as a VIP appt, it's essentially whatever half frozen used car sales person that's up next in the rotation. After the friendly greeting and education on the scam-centric VIP appt, I was ushered into a broom closet sized "office" and told that unfortunately that vehicle belongs to the owner's daughter; that although it is in fact on site, but I wouldn't be able to look at it... I was then informed that they'd be happy to look they their database and try to find something that would work. Needless to say, after taking time out of my day to go look at a vehicle that was supposed to be ready for me to test drive, I didn't care to have any more of my time wasted with poorly executed bait-and-switch tactics. For anyone looking for a new vehicle from a company that understands integrity, go to Kelley Automotive. Don't waste your time or money with this scam-fest. Update: After leaving the dealership, I got a voicemail stating that evidently there is a way to look up the info from my previous phone conversation, and in doing so, even though I had to correct him six different times that it was a Jeep Cherokee, not "Grand" Cherokee, he was still under the impression that I was talking about a Grand Cherokee that wasn't currently (??) for sale... However, they did have the vehicle that I had requested and that they would like me to stop back in and see what they could do to earn my business back... So, admitting that you lied to me about not being able to access the records for an appointment is somehow supposed to make things better? No thanks. More
