Also, it was important to me for the sales manager to meet me during the deal. He came out in the beginning of the process, and he thanked me at the end. Also, when I walked in the dealership and every time I walk in the dealership I was greeted by the reception representative and was helped immediately I’ve been to other dealerships recently, where there was no reception and that service was terrible. Of another note, the processing of the title paperwork was seamless with this new process and I received my title in the mailbox less than two weeks from the purchase date that’s outstanding! I’d like to note that every staff that I talk to at this dealership, you can sense that they were proud to work there and that sets a tone and a climate that should be recognized by the management.
