Very poor quality control with their service department. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t expect to have oil all over my drive way when I got home. Whoever worked on my truck did I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t expect to have oil all over my drive way when I got home. Whoever worked on my truck didn’t bother to put the oil cap back on! This is twice now! My wife got the oil changed there while I was deployed prior to a road trip, but she didn’t realize it unit she stopped another ford dealership in another state because there was smoke coming out of the engine. What is the purpose with all the texts, emails, and videos telling you: hey, we’re doing this and that with your vehicle in accordance with our maintenance procedures. If you have standard procedures, follow it! This is xx! More
