The dealership was efficient and responsive from start to finish. They handled the paperwork quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and had the vehicle fueled and ready when I arrived. Going from “I need a car” to “I have a car” with almost no friction is something I genuinely appreciated. Where the experience fell short was the detailing. The vehicle was presented as “detailed,” but I found dirty marks on the exterior, grime in the gas cap, dog hair under the seats, a bottle cap, a chewed‑up sucker stick, and smudged windows. When I asked about it, I was told they use a third‑party detailer and that since I got a good deal, I could use some of the savings for a “car spa.” I understand third‑party vendors, but the final presentation still reflects on the dealership. Group 1 Ford is the name on the building, and it’s the name customers remember, for better or worse. Even my wife and daughter mentioned it at lunch afterward: great car, but it shouldn’t have been delivered in that condition. Overall, the buying process was smooth and the staff were helpful, but the delivery condition kept this from being a 5‑star experience More
