Was at this dealership for over 6 hours for service just to find out they didn’t have the parts for my warranty and did not actually fix the issue. Then they have this AI bot that is useless and doesn’t wor to find out they didn’t have the parts for my warranty and did not actually fix the issue. Basic service seemed to be fully adequate. Overall experience was sub-par. Took much longer than expected for basic service. Refused to address the concerns that I dropped my vehicle off for. Ended up doing absolutely NOTHING to my car except changing the brakes. That’s not what I needed!!
