NMcCoy- I am sorry that it took longer than normal to get your paperwork. However you purchased this vehicle out of state and taxes and fees had to be recalculated for such a purchase. The taxes and fees actually ended up being off and we went ahead and adsorbed this cost to get you vehicle properly registered for you in your home state. We also had to send paperwork for signatures and notarization, and unfortunately this does take extra time. We always try and make sure our customers understand this process and we even video conference them to make sure everything is correct.
