We truly valve your business and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. After reviewing your recent visit in detail, our technicians found that your flex plate needed to be replaced. This wasn't due to oversight from a previous repair rather a failed part that just occurred. We understand this outcome may be disappointing, and we apologize for any frustration it may have caused. At this time, because it is a flex plate and not part of the transmission assembly, we were unable to get this covered under warranty. We wish we could help more.
