I was unimpressed with the sales person Raphael Lee. He was so rude when I was trying to buy my first car and never answered any of my questions he just kept telling me stuff I already knew and refused He was so rude when I was trying to buy my first car and never answered any of my questions he just kept telling me stuff I already knew and refused to work with me on the price. The only reason I bought the car was 1. I wanted this specific car and 2. The manager Daniel was willing to work with on the price and answer my questions. Daniel really went above and beyond to make me feel good about making my car purchase and I couldn’t be more thankful. But Raphael this dude didn’t even wanna do business and showed lack of care. My advise if you use Maxwell Ford don’t talk to Raphael he is a slimy, manipulative, and straight up lier. So the only thanks I have is to Daniel the manager. More
