Jackie and her technician were presented with a parasitic battery drain on my Lincoln Aviator. They relentlessly pursued a solution to this stubborn and extremely frustrating problem. After testing every electrical component in that vehicle with no resolution, they did not give up. They finally determined that a rear door latch was failing, signaling an alarm that kept draining the battery each night. They were determined to find a solution for me and kept me in the loop over the eleven days it took to solve this problem. I will go nowhere else for service on my Lincoln as I don’t believe there is anyone who cares more about providing top notch service than the people at Maxwell Ford. More
