I wanted a new truck. I did a lot of research and found the exact make and model that I wanted with Sterling McCall. It was the perfect one for what I wanted when I had looked all around Houston. They were the only one that had it in stock. They had already sprayed the bed with liner and included a tailgate lock, all things that I wanted as well as a few other things. I checked it out on Saturday and knew it was the one, so I lined it all up to come back Tuesday and purchased it that day. They helped install leather seats in it quickly and within days of the day I bought it. I absolutely love it and am so happy with my purchase. They hooked me up with a lot of things I wanted and they honestly feel like family to me. Shout out to Josh and David Bun at Sterling McCall. They are the best, thanks guys. More

Although I had an appointment for a tire replacement which normally takes 1 hour at tops, waited for 5 hours at the dealership. Either they are short of staff or simply don’t care about a customer who which normally takes 1 hour at tops, waited for 5 hours at the dealership. Either they are short of staff or simply don’t care about a customer who have paid them $42000 for his Ford .Hopefully my warranty will be over in 2026 and don’t have to go there no more . When I dropped my car asked about the time it takes to install a new tire, was told 2 hours tops! More
