I had a very good service experience at Group 1 GMC Westside. The courtesy shuttle was extremely convenient and made dropping off my vehicle easy. Customer service on the sales side has always been outstanding, but once the deal is closed the customer service doesn’t carry over to the other departments. Scheduled an appt at 10am to only take our outstanding, but once the deal is closed the customer service doesn’t carry over to the other departments. Scheduled an appt at 10am to only take our vehicle to the back at 1:30pm! What’s the point of making an appt then? They don’t know how to communicate. They did try to accommodate us after the fact, but their planning for vehicles getting worked on wasn’t up to par. We canceled everything.Their service department is horrible at this. If only they all worked like Mario in sales. They’d always have 5star reviews! More
